Preparation and Delivery Estimates

In-stock gifts generally require one to three business days for preparation. Made-to-order, custom, and volume gifts may require additional time. Available delivery estimates are shown during checkout and begin after preparation is complete.

Requested delivery dates are preferences rather than guarantees unless we confirm a guaranteed service in writing. Weather, carrier delays, address issues, and events outside our control may affect timing.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including unit, suite, company, access, and recipient details. Charges for correction, redirection, re-delivery, or replacement caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Perishable and Age-Restricted Items

Some gifts may contain perishable or temperature-sensitive items. Recipients should bring packages inside promptly. Gifts containing alcohol may be limited by destination, require an adult signature, and be unavailable where prohibited. The purchaser and recipient must satisfy applicable age requirements.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
