Product availability, ingredients, packaging, florals, and presentation may vary because many items are seasonal, artisanal, or made to order. When a substitution is necessary, we will choose an item of comparable quality, value, and overall style.

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we issue confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, delivery, legal, or operational reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund.

The Curated by Gordon name, website design, photographs, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Curated by Gordon and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission.

Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated by Gordon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
